Philippine Consulate General on Shanghai-- The Philippine Chamber of Business and Professionals, Shanghai (PhilCham SH) officers and representatives formally did their oathtaking last October 18, 2019. The oathtaking was led by Consul-General Wilfredo Cuyugan. And witnessed by Vice Consul Marlowe Miranda, and Consul Conrado Demdem.
